OwnCloud – Dropbox Alternative

You can now setup your own cloud in-house with OwnCloud.

It’s free and there is a server piece and a client piece. You can control more tightly all the permissions, so it’s probably worth a look if you are using Dropbox and are worried about security. Unfortunately, it’s still a bit buggy and quite unintuitive.
