SendTo, Mail Recipient not working in Windows 7

Fixmapi.exe – didn’t work – so I created a new shortcut in the SendTo folder for the user and pointed it to the location:

“C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE12\Outlook.exe” /a
