HOW PENN JILLETTE LOST 100 LBS

Purely through diet, not exercise (as I’ve mentioned before exercise makes you hungry) he:-

  • reset his eating habits by eating only a single food for 2 weeks (he chose potatoes)
  • now eats only whole plants, no animal products

So even though I don’t agree with his chosen diet of whole plants (because northern and southern hemisphere dwellers should eat carbs in the summer and animal fats/protein in the winter) he does make the point that humans are eating like it’s summer, always preparing for a winter that never comes (due to supermarkets existing on every street corner).
