Shared hosting? You can’t solve this by tickering with Outlook or IE settings – you have to either register the domain name in DNS with the authority OR just set the incoming/outgoing servers in Outlook as the Reverse IP of the IP address of your shared hosting provider. E.g. If your domain name is brightnet.co.uk, then find the IP address, then Reverse IP that IP address. This will give you the actual server name to be used in Outlook.
