Sage 50 and Payroll have reports that you can use and custom modify, but if you want to use them on someone else’s machine you have to copy them over or use them from a shared drive.
To find and copy them first locate the report file (.FORM) using Windows search or Everything (www.voidtools.com). Copy it to a memory stick/shared drive, making a note of the path where it was located, usually C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Sage\Sage Designer 2007\SagePayroll. Now go to the target machine and copy the file to the same place.
If you go into Sage Payroll, you can’t see the report yet, but if you look underÂ User Defined (Company) you can see it. Mark it as a favourite and it will then appear in your favourites.
